By using our website or submitting a device for repair, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
DIAGNOSTICS & REPAIRS
* Diagnostics are free unless otherwise stated
* Repairs proceed only after customer approval
* Repair timelines may vary depending on parts availability
SERVICE AUTHORIZATION
By approving a repair estimate, you authorize Daniel's Gadgets Repair to perform diagnostics, repairs, part replacements, and necessary testing on your device.
ESTIMATES & PAYMENTS
* Diagnostic checkup and consultation are FREE.
* Service fees exclude parts unless otherwise stated.
* Final repair cost may change if additional issues are discovered (customer approval required).
* Payment is due upon completion of repair before device release.
* Unclaimed devices may incur storage fees
UNREPAIRABLE DEVICES
Some devices may be deemed unrepairable due to parts unavailability or extensive damage. In such cases, no repair fee will be charged beyond agreed diagnostics.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
* We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects.
* We are not liable for data loss; customers must back up data prior to service.
* Water-damaged or heavily corroded devices may fail after repair due to latent damage.
REPAIR TIME
Estimated repair times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to parts availability, complexity of repair, or unforeseen technical issues.
WARRANTY
Daniel’s Gadgets Repair provides a 30-day limited service warranty on replaced parts and labor. The 30-day warranty period is designed to confirm that the repair and workmanship are functioning properly at the time the device is returned and during normal use. This timeframe is sufficient to verify repair quality while helping prevent misuse, accidental damage, or abuse after service completion.
WARRANTY COVERAGE INCLUDES
* Defects related to the replaced part
* Labor associated with the original repair
* Functional failure directly related to the serviced component
* 30-day warranty applies to the same repaired fault and replaced parts
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
* Physical damage, liquid damage, or electrical power surge after repair
* Mishandling, misuse, or accidental damage
* Software issues caused by updates, user actions, or third-party applications
* New or unrelated faults not connected to the original repair
* Devices showing signs of tampering or unauthorized repair after service or new issues.
* Opening or repairing the device by another party voids the warranty.
IMPORTANT NOTES
* Warranty begins on the date the device is released or delivered
* Warranty applies only to the specific repaired component, not the entire device
* No refunds are provided under warranty; repairs or corrections only
This policy helps ensure fair protection for both the customer and the service center while maintaining high repair quality standards.
SHIPPING & COURIER
* Customers are responsible for all shipping and courier costs.
* Daniel's Gadgets Repair is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
* Shipping risks are limited to courier coverage policies
* Devices must be properly packed before shipping.
UNCLAIMED DEVICES
Devices left unclaimed for more than 60 days after repair completion may be considered abandoned and subject to disposal or resale to recover service costs.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to any device or customer for safety, legal, or ethical reasons.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable local and federal laws.
